The hike was very pleasant, a little over 2 miles, with some of the trail muddy. We saw a flying egret, a turtle, and a vulture, but we survived. It was a fun day.

As the map at the bottom of the page and signs indicate, dogs are welcome, but all dogs must be kept on leash and are not allowed in the water (all the dogs were wet).
