Portuguese Beach and Bodega

We first drove to Portuguese Beach and walked along it for a bit, at one point seeing a lot of pelicans flying by.
We then drove to Bodega Bay, where we stopped at Spud Point Crab Company for crab sandwiches and clam chowder then drove to Bodega Head to eat and start our hike. It was a perfect day for a hike and we even got to see a talkative bird close up. The map shows the trailhead for the Bodega Head Trail which is where we started out hike. It was about a mile to the point where one can look out on Bodega Rock which can be seen in the first and third picture below, so basically we did a 2 mile hike along the ridge.
On the way back home we stopped at the The Children's Bell Tower.
