As we discussed earlier - If they do combine both sites into a single application they would need to revisit the Corp of Engineers issue - Its [sic] quite possible that the Corp of Engineers would than also look at the sites as a single application - which would possibly throw the road crossing of the wetlands into an individual permit.

If this was the case, we wouldn't be comfortable with the project proceeding until the permit issues were worked out - so from an Engineering Services Division standpoint we'd prefer the applications remain separate.
