We have two separate applications - two rezoning applications and two preliminary plan applications. We have told them that the revised preliminary plan needs to be a single application to cover the existing REZ 71-45 not two separate plans for the same property. Because of some potential Corp issues they are reluctant to do that.

I think the Planning Commission will be reluctant to act on their request with two applications pending, one of which will not require public hearing (there are no substantial changes on the revised preliminary) and I have recommend [sic] to the applicant that they need to figure out which application that want [sic] acted on at the Aug 12 meeting.
