There is now another rumoured location for Target. The last rumour had Target going in on the Southeast corner of Antioch and 151st. The new rumour has Target going in on the Northeast corner of 159th and Metcalf, right across from the proposed Wal-Mart SuperCenter. This is about a 12 acre lot. If anyone has information on that they are willing to share, please pass it on to phillips@nbrhd.net and I will publish it. By the way, I believe the first rumour is supposed to trace back to a realtor and the second rumour to a Target representative.

If this rumour were to turn out to be true, homes in the neighborhoods of Willowbend, Wynnefield, Blue Valley Riding, Brampton Place, Treesmill, Steck Plantation and Brittany Park all fall within 1,000 feet.
